Art and its many problems

Back in school, my art teacher told me every time in art class that she doesn't know how I would pass the finals. Today when I look back at my sketches all I can do is think, "HOW DID I PASS?"I have no clue. Luck may be I have no clue.
In all honesty though if and when I put in my 150% in concentrating and actually paying attention to details I can draw pretty well. Except when it comes to HUMAN FIGURES/FACES!
Here's where I totally agree with her.
FACES!Stupid stupid faces. Argh!! It makes me so mad sometimes. Make that all the time.
That saying about practice makes man perfect sometimes feels like its a sham.
So I love art, in any form just not sculptures though, those are freaky. They have this aura around them like those from a horror movie and are possessed. Coming back to the point, with much enthusiasm I decided to sketch one friend of mine everyday for the love of sketching.
Only, turns out that I can draw everything from the hair, the neck, the entire body BUT the FACE!!
In my many attempts since last night, I tried and here's one without a face!
So here's to art and its many problems and my solution, draw a person without a face. :P

Street Dogs of JC

On my morning walk around the lanes of my neighborhood, a pack of dogs walk around like they own the streets. It's rather fascinating to see them. The head of the group, followed by two others and behind them other two and so on.
Being the only one walking around, you're bound to get a little jittery but then you tend to walk away when you realize they're the STREET Dogs and no matter how much of a dog lover you are, you will want to keep your distance.
Well, that's the feeling you get anyway.
